Welcome to www.adicarlease.uk (“Website”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Website. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.

1. Eligibility
Hire is available only to fully qualified Driving Instructors (ADI). Verification checks will be carried out by our Hire Application Team prior to approval.
2. Contract Term
Monthly rolling contracts are standard, starting at one month. Contracts can be extended or terminated in accordance with notice periods outlined in the full agreement.
3. Payments
Payment is due upon delivery of the vehicle to the driver, either by cash or card. No upfront deposits are required beyond the first month’s payment.
4. Insurance & Coverage
All vehicles come with fully comprehensive insurance, including RAC breakdown cover, servicing, and annual maintenance (tyres, oils, filters, etc.). There is a standard excess of £200 in the rare event of an accident.
5. Delivery & Collection
We include delivery to your address at the start of the contract and collection at the end of the hire period at no extra cost.
6. Vehicle Use
Cars are provided strictly for professional ADI use. Personal use is not permitted.
7. Fleet Management
Our large fleet allows us to keep costs low for instructors while maintaining high-quality vehicles.
8. Maintenance
Annual tyre replacement are included. Any accidental damage caused by the hirer is subject to the insurance excess.
9.Termination
Either party can terminate the agreement with the notice period specified in the contract. Vehicles must be returned in good working order.
10. Agreement Acknowledgement
Full T&Cs; will be provided via email prior to signing, and you must review and accept them before hire begins.
